garlic is one of the most effective ways to burn calories because it contain allicin material which have antibacterial affect and also to reduce cholesterol and unuseful fat.

orange is rich in vitamin C and also effective in burning calories accompanied with exercise especially the fruit not the juice.


tomatoes
it's very affective and deserve to be added to your diet not just to fight aganist extra weight but also it reduce incidence of malignancy and hypertension.


mango
contains plenty of fibers and have low calorie amount.
